Shipping Timeframes
We are committed to delivering your luxurious candles as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to your home.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-4 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen carrier delays, especially during holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Packaging
All of our candles are carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and to align with our commitment to sustainability.

Lost or Damaged Packages
The Wick Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the damage, so we can make it right.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future!
